Mercy Rule - "Flat Black Chronicles" - Although it was barely released, I think this is the best sounding record ever to come out of a Lincoln band (including Saddle Creek, but not including Matthew Sweet), and one of the best from a songwriting point of view as well.

13 Nightmares "Shitride" - I'm sure everyone over 35 or so is mentioning "Shitride".
