This was a legendary one-off performance that is still talked about today. Matt Silcock weighs in on why it was a performance of note:

From Matt Silcock - All I can say for the reason it's a show of note is that it was HILARIOUSLY ENTERTAINING! If I do say so myself.

Let's see, it started with a skit we called "The Dawn of Man" in which Shane made 'eerie' keyboard noise while I recited a pompous introduction in a British accent while Joe K. writhed around under a sheet, portraying the movement of primordial ooze. At some point, I switched from pompous Brit to hip-hop MC and introduced "THE MOTHERFUCKIN' JOE KRINGS PROG INFLATION!!!" This was the cue for Joe to leap out from behind the sheet, wearing nothing but boxer shorts, and for Shane to hit the 'hip hop' preset on the keyboard. We took turns doing break-dancing moves and Joe did an introductory rap.

This was just the first five minutes, so you know we were working hard to entertain the crowd. The set also included a country version of Public Enemy's "Bring Tha Noise," a straight cover of The Modern Lover's "Someone I Care About," and two of our compositions: a political crust-punk song called "Hey Ayn Rand", and an AC/DC homage called "Aim To Please." ("I aim to please/and I shoot to thrill/if it's me you want/then it's you I'll fill"). Oh, and the show ended with a reprise of the hip-hop beat and a call to the audience to come onstage and breakdance with us. We got a few takers.

We worked hard on it, we dressed in ridiculous outfits, we kept it well under 40 minutes, and we were very drunk but not too drunk. It was a successful performance!
